Our latest generation of ball screws are technically sophisticated products that have been tested in endurance tests under practical conditions. High-tech profile
In our new generation of ball screws, the usual pointed arch profile has been replaced by a special profile of the ground ball raceways. This has resulted in a 100% improvement in the load-bearing ratio as well as an extreme improvement in rigidity and thermodynamic behavior.

High-tech ball return
While our standard ball screws are equipped with the tried and tested individual deflection from gear to gear, our high-speed ball screws are equipped with a newly designed overall deflection. With this overall deflection made of absolutely low-noise, wear-resistant material and path-optimized ball deflection, feed speeds of over 100 m/min can be achieved at any time. The length-stable ball chain and the tangential ball deflection enable the entire ball return to run smoothly.

In addition to contactless, PC-controlled, fully automatic pitch measurement, the production process is accompanied by profile, surface, stiffness, preload and torque measurements. Test reports can be issued on request. Our quality assurance is at the highest level.
