In addition to standard ball screws, our company also manufactures high-speed ball screws.
The Eisenmann u. hommes high-speed crank screw drive was tested under practical conditions in endurance tests. Feed speeds of over 100 m/min, speeds of over 3,000 rpm and accelerations of over 8 m/s² are possible with our high-tech product.
Due to its completely redesigned overall deflection, the ball screw drive is characterized by an increased service life and is absolutely quiet.
The nominal diameters of our high-speed ball screws and the corresponding pitches can be found in the following table.

Furthermore, Eisenmann u. hommes manufactures a range of special ball screws with nominal diameters between 32 and 80 mm and pitches between 25 and 40 mm that are not listed in the table above. Pitches over 40 mm are also feasible.
