The Eisenmann u. hommes repair and overhaul service represents a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to the manufacture of a new ball screw drive.

We have recently expanded our ball screw repair and overhaul department enormously.
This was not least due to the frequent inquiries from our customers who were looking for a reliable partner for the repair of ball screws.

Due to its over 65 years of experience in the field of ball screws, Eisenmann u. hommes is able to repair and overhaul not only its own products but also those of other manufacturers. Using a precise work plan, the ball screws are first checked for repairability. A cost estimate is then drawn up and the ball screw is then repaired by our highly qualified employees.

We repair ball screws with a nominal diameter of 16 mm up to a nominal diameter of 150 mm and a total length of up to 15 m.

If a repair is no longer possible or uneconomical, we will of course let you know. In most cases, we are then able to offer you and manufacture a new ball screw based on the old one.

The normal turnaround time for a repair or overhaul is around 2-3 weeks, depending on the size of the ball screw. However, we can also offer you an express service for repairs and overhauls with a turnaround time of 2-3 working days and, if necessary, a 24-hour service!
